Hi, I’m Nic — a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of experience, a Master’s in Non-Medical Prescribing, and a qualified Clinical Reflexologist. My career began in the NHS, where I progressed to working as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner specialising in Breast Care, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.

After experiencing my own health challenges, including persistent fatigue, infections, and hormonal imbalances, I discovered underlying vitamin deficiencies. Addressing these had a significant impact on my energy, wellbeing, and overall health, highlighting how easily deficiencies can go unnoticed.

This experience inspired me to create Vitality Balance — a space where I combine clinical expertise with a holistic approach to wellbeing. I offer safe, evidence-based vitamin injections and professional reflexology treatments designed to support energy, balance hormones, and optimise overall health.

My focus is on personalised, professional care — helping you feel healthier, more energised, and back in control of your wellbeing.

Reflexology is for stress reduction, better sleep, relaxation, improves mood, pain management, Maternity support, cancer support, overall wellbeing. Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that encourages deep relaxation and supports overall wellbeing. By applying pressure to specific reflex points on the feet, reflexology aims to help reduce stress, improve circulation, and promote balance within the body. Many clients find it calming, restorative, and beneficial for managing everyday stress, improving sleep, and supporting emotional wellbeing. Reflexology works alongside conventional healthcare and is tailored to each individual’s needs, offering a relaxing and nurturing experience.

Vitamin Injections provide increased energy levels, improves mood, enhanced mental clarity, stronger immune support, aids metabolism, nerve health, better absorption for those with absorption issues and supports those with vitamin deficiencies, improves overall wellbeing.


Vitamin and wellness injections are designed to support overall health and wellbeing by delivering nutrients directly into the body. This method allows for efficient absorption and may be beneficial for individuals with deficiencies, increased nutritional needs, or lifestyle demands. Treatments are provided following a full consultation and are tailored to individual requirements. Vitamin and wellness injections can complement a healthy lifestyle and are intended to support energy levels, immune function, and general wellbeing alongside conventional healthcare.
